The new CERAMCO Press System from DENTSPLY Ceramco is an innovation in press-to-metal materials and processing.
The
system's revolutionary pre-blended dentin and enamel ingots are pressed
over conventional PFM alloys. The ingot's design allows the technician
to consistently hit the target shade, meaning fewer remakes, lower
costs and happier dentists and patients.
After
a one-step pressing, the CERAMCO Press restoration can be stained,
glazed and finished! In fact, technicians can use the system to create
PFM restorations not only with consistent shade, but also with reliable
360 degree all-ceramic margins!
CERAMCO Press ingots
are available in 16 shades. If desired, ceramists may also characterize
cases using the system's 17 shades of fluorescent, fine grained stains
or customize esthetics using CERAMCO Press add-on enamels with the
conventional build-up and cut-back technique.
