From August 19th to September 19th any implant case you send us will be entered in a drawing for an iPad 2!
You will get one entry for each implant you do so if one case has 3 implant crowns you will get three entries.
Just write iPad 2 on your Rx and you will be entered in the drawing!
The lucky winner will be drawn on September 20th and the winner will be notified that day.
